For me it was this….
You know when things get a bit tough?
Maybe you feel you’re treading water when you want to swim forward, or worse you experience real turmoil some days?
This kind of discomfort has happened to me but lately I’ve noticed I’ve had a shift in the way I react to adversity.
I think working so much with the Law of Attraction this last year has made me much more aware of how I react to things that happen in my life that seem “bad”.
I’ve noticed I no longer do that knee-jerk thing of the past -
Like unconsciously going into a downward spiral by thinking about how bad something is, worrying about how I can change it, PUSHING against the flow. Disconnecting me. Leaving me alone and fearful, fighting and not winning like I was in some sort of cosmic battle of wills. Me against my “bad” stuff.
I’ve seen amazing turnarounds on things.
Sometimes at the eleventh hour I must admit, lol, but still the result is the same – it turns around! Even when it seems eleventh hour I’ve noticed I now STILL don’t lose my faith in the flow, it’s such a deep knowing that the old fear doesn’t rise up and catch me unawares and throw me into turmoil…how awesome is that? Excuse me if I sound a bit effusive but this really is a breakthrough for me so I’m very excited!
These days I don’t (usually) do those things I’ve mentioned above – but when I do I catch myself and stop, because I’m so much more conscious now how they DISCONNECT me from the flow.
Instead now I often find myself looking at “bad” things in my life as though I’m not attached to them. There will always be good and bad things happening, that’s the up & down of life, but it sure feels a whole let better when you get that even the crummy stuff no longer sends you into a spin. I experience the uncomfortable things in my life now without the emotional turmoil they once would have produced in me. This allows me to see they are just “things” not even “bad”.
As a result I feel far less negative emotion in my life these days – and that helps me keep my vibration higher, which in turn helps attract better things and the things I want in my life - and that my friend is the Law of Attraction In Action!
The big upside is that it also allows me to remain more connected to WHO I AM IN MY HEART.
WOOOOHOOOOOO!

Do you want to begin to be free of anxiety, stress, FEAR around the “bad” things that come your way?
Try this simple little exercise…
Take a deep breath, from down in your stomach making your tummy go outwards, then take it up into your lungs and expand your chest as you fill your lungs completely (but don’t let your shoulders rise much at all as this means you have only filled up the top of your lungs, so make sure you breathe into your belly and let it push outwards as you do this).
Then as you exhale slowly, say these words:
“I soften and flow. I am safe and I am loved”.
Repeat this, and again if necessary, until you feel calm.
Do it even if you can’t believe it will work. Your vibration doesn’t know if you believe it or not. It WILL work faster once you do come to believe it but it works even of you don’t!
You will want to practice this even in the face of extreme adversity because over time if you keep doing this you will start to notice that something has changed.
When you get into the habit of doing this it becomes a kind of a game to see how things change…and you’ll relax knowing you can sail through anything!
TOTAL FREEDOM is understanding we have choice in every single moment. Knowing we create our every experience means knowing we can create better and better experiences for ourselves.
Now THAT is FREEDOM – wouldn’t you say?
